Private training with Coach Kim is available in person or online. Private training services can be packaged with health coaching at a discounted rate. Packages, including a popular 10-session package with the added component of a health coaching consultation are available and customizable to your individual needs. During the consultation, a customized program is designed to meet the client’s physical goals.
Kim’s classes are energetic and encouraging, with a sprinkle of sarcasm! She will push you past your perceived limits and leave you wanting to come back for more.
Kim is a former competitive dancer and coach. She also was a founding [solidcore] coach in North Dakota and throughout her prolific tenure with the company coached thousands of clients over three years. Fitness has always been a part of her life as she grew up studying both jazz and ballet. She loves to mix up her workouts with HIIT, Tracy Anderson Method, spin and long outdoor walks.
Kim is a certified heath coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. As an accountability coach she works with people on how to reach their health goals, including stress reduction, increasing energy, losing weight, and improving confidence. Coach Kim’s realistic approach is customized to your budget and individual lifestyle needs.
