PODCAST

Welcome to the Don’t Say I didn’t Warn You Podcast. We want to make you laugh, make you cry (sometimes with us), educate you on how to be a more productive, healthy, successful human and also make our haters even more uncomfortable. Hi, Haters. Some episodes are lighthearted and some more thought provoking, you never know what you’re going to get!

#3. KISSING FROGS, COLLEGIATE DECA & THE IMPORTANCE OF BETTING ON YOURSELF

Sit down with Hannah and I as I ask her all the questions you really want to know. We dive in to her private school beginnings (think Gossip Girl in MN), her unexpected arrival in North Dakota and how she and her business partner have built a highly reputable brand from the ground up. Not only is she kind, beautiful and hard working she knows how to keep it real. I am lucky to call her a friend and got this ones back foreva. Cuddle up and take a listen as she teaches us all the things, including how to get that gorgeous hair and what NOT to do with a paint sprayer. We should all be following this one's graceful lead.

#2. BRAS, BUTTERHORNS AND HOW TO BE COMPLETELY BADASS

What an absolute thrill to host my friend Stephanie on this episode. If you know her you just get it, she is truly one in a million. Kind, hard working, compassionate and thoughtful are just a few of the words I can think of to describe her. I am so grateful to have her in my life and can’t wait for you listen. When she isn’t filling our bellies and hearts as Owner and Executive Chef at the Butterhorn in Downtown Bismarck she can be found at home with her dogs, cat and hubby Shane. As we sat sipping Rosé in her living room, next to a wood burning fireplace (really setting the stage here, I know) we talked about taking risks, finding your own path and what gets her out of bed in the morning. I loved every minute of recording this episode and hope you love it too!

Sit down for a very candid conversation about learning how to roll with the punches. We discuss the chaos that can sometimes be life, what it means to be resilient and you're welcome for the one liners, sassy jargon and inappropriate inside jokes. Find her at the links below and on her on podcast as host of The Virgin Yogi.
